No opened, installed, scratched or damaged or incomplete items will be accepted back for credit or refund. However you do have full factory warranties on everything we sell.

New unopened items can be returned within 7 days if shipped back (postage prepaid) in the exact condition we sent it to you including all manuals, packing materials etc.

After 7 days and up to 30 days we will accept the unopened return for internet credit only.

After 30 days there is no credit or refund of any kind. The shippers date for mailing will be used as the official timeline for any credit issued or not issued.

Refunds will be charged a restocking charge of 15% plus any shipping and handling charges incurred in sending you the product or receiving it back from you.

We want everyone to enjoy the product, but open boxes and trying to return, “already installed or used items” simply cost too much to process. Please order carefully and enjoy our name brand items.

Length of service cannot exceed one (1) year.
